Who are Personalised Wine Labels?

Personalised Wine Labels are the retail division of Euromarque Personalised Wines Ltd. We have been supplying personalised wine and personalised champagne to businesses, charities and other groups for 20 years. Now we offer this service to the public as well.

What is the delivery time?

Your bottle will be with you within 5 working days of your order, often even sooner. If you need it quicker, put the date required in the additional information box.

Our couriers require a signature on delivery, if no-one is in a card will be left and redelivery will need to be arranged. We are happy to deliver to your work address or a neighbour if this is more convenient for you, just fill in the delivery address box. Naturally we can send it straight out to the final recipient as well.

How are the bottles sent?

All our personalised bottles are packed in sturdy postal boxes to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is any transit damage, please let us know within 3 days and a replacement will be sent.

Do you pass on customer details?

No, we will never pass on your detail to any third party.

Can I upload my own label?

Not yet. Our next development will allow this, hopefully by early summer. If you would like us to use your own image/design, please email it to info@personalisedwinelabels.co.uk. If you are after a large order with your own personalised label, please email your design to us with details of your order, and we will call you as soon as possible to confirm delivery dates.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No, we can only supply to UK addresses.

Can you design a personalised label especially for me?

Yes, we can but the minimum order will be 12 bottles, and it will take a few days longer!

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, but no. The Home Shopping Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification. So once your label is on the bottle, then it's yours.

Can I change my wording on the label?

Once your label is on the bottle, then it's its too late, but if you call/email us in time then we will be happy to make the changes.

What about typo's

We print exactly what you have typed, so please check you spelling very carefully before sending your order.

Are you licensed to sell alcohol?

Absolutely. Our license number is 060234, issued by Luton Council.

Can I collect the bottle myself?

Sorry but it is a condition of our license that we do not sell to the public at the door.

What are the delivery charges for my personalised wine?

For England, Wales, Southern & Central Scotland it is £7, for the rest of the UK £15. Saturday delivery is an additional £10.
