Terms and conditions

a) By placing an order you confirm you are of minimum legal age (18) to purchase alcohol. We reserve the right not to supply alcohol to anyone who is, or we believe to be, under the mimimum age to purchase or consume alcohol.

b) All wines and champagne bottles are standard 75cl unless otherwise specified. All spirits are standard 70cl unless otherwise specified.

c) All prices include VAT at the current rate.

d) All payments must be cleared before dispatch

e) We do not disclose customers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

f) The Home Shopping Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification.

g) Any cancellation of orders must be made by letter, fax or email prior to dispatch.

h) In the event of cancellation, any costs already incurred on the order will be a charge to you.

i) In the unlikely event of a breakage or damage to the box please note the delivery ticket accordingly and inform us within 24 hours. Our delivery service will not inform us of breakages or losses. Please quote your order reference at all times. Any damaged or broken bottles will be replaced free of charge.

j) All deliveries must be signed for unless you request items to be left unsigned when completing the transaction. Items left unsigned are at your own risk. We and our delivery agents cannot accept any resposibility for loss or damages without a signature.

k) Please ensure the correct address is provided and recipients are able to accept deliveries. All deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to receive the goods our carrier will notify the recipient of the attempted delivery with a "Card" placed through the letter box. If the items are not claimed within 5 days they will be returned to to us at a cost equal to your carriage charge, payable by you. Refused and failed deliveries will be returned back to us at a cost equal to your carriage charge, payable by you.

l) Saturday deliveries are available with a surcharge.
